Dave joined TripleTree in 2004, focusing on the firm’s merger and acquisition and private placement engagements.  Dave has worked across a variety of TripleTree’s industry sectors, with an emphasis currently targeted at the firm’s Healthcare IT and Outsourcing practice.  Prior to joining TripleTree, Dave was a practicing attorney focusing on corporate transactions. He also served as an associate for Mobius Venture Capital, where he assisted the firm’s deal team throughout all stages of the investment process.  Dave began his career as a financial management consultant with Accenture, where he worked with several Fortune 500 companies to help improve the efficiency of their financial operations.

Dave earned his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University, and both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
