Jason focuses on merger and acquisition and private placement engagements in the healthcare sector and assists in the development of TripleTree research publications. Prior to
joining TripleTree, Jason worked at Fair Isaac, a data analytics and decision management software company, in the medical
bill review software and professional services divisions. Jason began his career as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint, where he focused on process improvement and technology engagements.

Jason earned a B.B.A. in finance, investments, and banking
from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
