Scott is a member of TripleTree's Technology team, focusing on merger and acquisition and private placement engagements. Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked in Corporate Development at Ingenix, a division of UnitedHealth Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions activity. Scott has also worked in technology capital investment at Target Corporation and as an IT consultant with Computer Science Corporation.

Scott has a B.A. in finance and marketing from Bethel College, and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
