Mr. Kevin Roche is a Senior Advisor to TripleTree. Specializing in the Healthcare industry, Mr. Roche has participated in more than 75 merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions. As a senior executive for more than 20 years, he has worked with a host of large, small and start-up companies in the areas of strategic planning and transactions, board representation and corporate governance, legal and government affairs, and comprehensive healthcare operations and policy.

Most recently, Mr. Roche was Senior Vice President at UnitedHealth Group where he evaluated investment opportunities and researched and developed strategies regarding changes in technology and medical practices. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Ingenix Division, a health information and research company, where he grew the company from less than $50M to over $400M in four years.

Prior to his success as a business owner and executive, Kevin has and continues to act as counsel on numerous legal and regulatory matters in the healthcare arena. Kevin has an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business; a J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School; and a B.S. from Pace University.
