With more than 30 years of technology/software services experience in the Healthcare sector, Joe joined TripleTree in late 2007. A natural leader with a successful track record in business turnaround and integration, achieving high growth in multiple technology environments, executive experience in management of sales, service and product development teams, and proven experience in creating successful shareholder value, he is a key member of TripleTree’s Healthcare team.

Most recently, Joe was a Senior Executive at Universal Hospital Services (UHS) where as part of the executive management group from 2003-2007 he implemented and led new growth strategies that increased the value of the Company by over 50%.  As a consequence, UHS was sold for $712 million. Before joining UHS, Joe’s career included a number of executive leadership positions. With his extensive healthcare and technology operating experience, he has led a number of executive teams in not only large public and private companies, but several smaller emerging firms.  He was President of ValueRx Pharmacy Benefit Management Services where he was part of the successful sale of the company to Express Scripts. As President of Managed Care Services at Diversified Pharmaceutical Systems, he led the successful integration of DPS and SmithKline Beechman. Joe’s healthcare, technology and software services background began with the first 19 years of his career at CyCare Systems.
