Since joining the company in December 1998, Scott has worked on over forty transactions with primary emphasis on IT Outsourcing & Managed Services, Healthcare IT, and Technology Enabled BPO sectors.  His engagements have included acquisitions with leading global companies such as UnitedHealth Group, HP, Compaq Computer, Verizon, Cardinal Health, Avanade and Ciber, and numerous growth and equity recapitalizations with leading venture and private equity firms in the healthcare and technology services sectors.  During his first five years with TripleTree, Scott served as research chairman during which time the firm published over 20 industry white papers. Prior to joining TripleTree, Scott was a practicing attorney specializing in commercial and contract-related matters and also served as a hedge fund equity analyst with EBF & Associates.

Scott earned both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
