Objectives
BrightWhistle and its board of directors hired TripleTree as its advisor given TripleTree’s CRM and social media expertise in healthcare. Building off a successful commercial partnership, Influence Health approached BrightWhistle to explore the possibility of an acquisition. TripleTree assisted in the negotiated sale, including the defined parameters for an acquisition in the Letter of Intent (LOI) and subsequent diligence leading to definitive documentation and closing.
Results
This was a successful transaction governed by a rapid diligence process that included comprehensive business and financial due diligence, legal negotiation and executive agreements. The transaction combines BrightWhistle’s innovative provider CRM technology with Influence Health’s strong market reach.
