Brian Thomas is a Managing Director at TripleTree, focused on new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution. Brian specializes in the Healthcare Services and Technology sectors, with a focus on technology-enabled platforms serving the payer, employer and consumer end-markets.
Prior to joining Triple Tree, Brian served as an investment banker in the Equity Capital Markets group of Robert W. Baird & Co. with a focus on the Healthcare, Technology, and Clean Technology sectors. Brian was an active member of a team that completed more than 100 transactions raising over $20 billion for the firm’s clients. Prior to Baird, Brian worked as an analyst in the M&A advisory practice of LarsonAllen Financial.
Brian earned a double B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of St. Thomas and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
