Kara Stessl is a Vice President at TripleTree focused on supporting the firm’s new business development, client engagement, and transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include industry and financial analysis and market research.
Prior to joining TripleTree, Kara was an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where she specialized in portfolio valuations with an emphasis on valuing illiquid debt, equity, and derivative investments for a wide range of alternative asset investors. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Kara was a Valuation Senior Associate at Alvarez and Marsal, where she worked across the portfolio valuation, financial reporting, and transaction opinion service lines.
Kara earned a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Chinese Language/Literature from Lehigh University and holds a Masters degree in Finance from Villanova University. She is also a CFA charterholder.
