Michael Carroll is the Chief Marketing Officer at Triple Tree, focused on contributing to the firm’s success through effective marketing strategy, brand management, pipeline expansion and portfolio company engagement. He brings 25+ years of diverse marketing and partnership experience in the healthcare, financial services and retail sectors to his role at TripleTree.
Prior to TripleTree, he served 13+ years in marketing leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and UnitedHealth Group responsible for health plan (individual/Medicare/employer), caregiving, corporate social responsibility and strategic partnership activities. Prior roles for him include consulting with the Halifax Bank of Scotland, Vice President of U.S. Bank Retail Payment Systems and marketing roles with Dayton-Hudson Corporation (now Target).
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saint Thomas. He is a frequent guest lecturer at colleges and universities across the U.S.
