Andy's previous experience included VP with Q Advisors, a boutique technology investment bank, and roles with Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors, studying both Finance and Mechanical Engineering.

Prior to founding Pareto Captive Services, Andrew created and managed Berkley Accident & Health's Group Captive Division.  He also served as an Executive Vice President at Berkley Risk.  In addition to his role at Pareto, Andrew is on the Board of Directors at Garnet Captive Services, LLC and Elevate Insurance Services, LLC. Garnet Captive forms and manages P&C group captives, and Elevate is a wholesaler of workers compensation for framing and roofing contractors.  
Andrew attended Swarthmore College and has a BA in Economics.  He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two children.

Joe has a proven executive management track record driving business and growth for the clinic, which remains a private, independent physician group practice with over 350 providers.  Prior to joining Florida Medical Clinic, Joe Delatorre was the Chief Executive Officer of Humana Woman’s Hospital of Tampa, responsible for all business and operational activities. At Humana Woman’s he led the facility into an enterprise-focused hospital while growing obstetric deliveries to over 6,000 deliveries per year. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Humana Hospital Pasco where he was recognized for his work in physician leadership and development, quality of care improvement, and strategic operations.
Throughout his 28-year tenure with Florida Medical Clinic, Joe has built a reputation for embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth. He is responsible for developing business strategies, incubating business models, and growing revenue annually to a record $300 million in 2020. He also developed the business model for growth opportunities, helping to grow new facilities into over fifty locations.   
Joe serves on the Board of Directors of Florida Medical Clinic. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Health Sciences from the University of Florida.
Joe lives in Wesley Chapel with his wife of 38 years, Kelley Delatorre. They have two grown daughters, Stephanie and Shannon.  Stephanie is a practicing attorney in Atlanta, specializing in employment law.  Shannon earned her Master in music business from NYU, and works for Sony in New York.

In 2017 Paul led StateServ’s recapitalization by Blue Wolf Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in New York. The combined entity currently serves 40% of the total US market share within the hospice segment and operates a national network of 1,300 DME provider locations and 34 company-owned distribution centers. Prior to launching StateServ, Mr. DiCosmo has held positions at Motorola, ON Semiconductor, and Honeywell International.

Mr. DiCosmo graduated with honors from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Spanish.

Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Rafael was a principal at Battery Ventures, where he was involved in investments in the Internet, software and business services sectors and was responsible for originating and executing investment opportunities as well as assuming board of director responsibilities at portfolio companies. While at Battery, Rafael was involved in investments with ExactTarget, Internet Brands, Sprinklr, and Wayfair. Prior to Battery, Rafael spent a number of years with Technology Crossover Ventures, where he focused on growth, recapitalizations and buyout investments in the technology and financial services sectors. He also held positions with Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets. At Goldman Sachs, he was involved in structuring, underwriting and marketing leveraged buyout transactions in the gaming, real estate, media and technology industries. During his tenure at RBC Capital Markets, he provided merger and acquisition, capital raising and advisory services for corporate clients focused on the technology sector.

Before becoming CEO, Nathan served as an Executive Vice President for the company. Before entering health care, Mr. Goldstein's communications company had clients including presidential candidates, members of the U.S. Congress, network news anchors, Fortune 500 CEOs and one infamous Gonzo journalist. As Division Vice President and General Manager at ADP, Mike was responsible for 17,000 clients at their southeast service center, generating over $260 million in revenue. Later, under his leadership as Division Vice President of Implementation, his teams launched more than 1,000 client implementations annually, producing $450 million in total recurring revenue. Under his leadership at Viverae/SimplyWell, the company tripled revenues and clients.

Dr. Lampert is the Chief Strategy Officer for The Emily Program, a comprehensive eating disorder treatment program with multiple locations across the country. Additionally, Dr. Lampert is Co-Founder and President of the Residential Eating Disorders Consortium (REDC), the national association of treatment providers across the country. She is also Treasurer of the Eating Disorders Coalition, a DC-based national organization for eating disorders policy and advocacy, and past-president and current Board Member of WithAll (formerly The Emily Program Foundation), a Minnesota based organization promoting eating disorder education and advocacy. She holds an adjunct graduate faculty position in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Lampert completed her doctorate degree in Nutrition and Epidemiology and Master of Public Health degree in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Minnesota.  She earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition at the University of Vermont and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics. She has an expansive range of policy, clinical, research, education, teaching, and program development experience in the area of eating disorders.
Dr. Lampert is the author of numerous resources, book chapters and articles addressing nutritional treatment of eating disorders, body image, sports participation, adolescent health and disordered eating and she regularly speaks regionally and nationally on numerous eating disorder related topics.

Tabitha has worked in healthcare for 32 years.  Starting in a role in operations leadership, Tabitha has spent the last 25 years of her career in IT leadership focused on enterprise systems implementations.  
She joined Providence in 2010, leading the health system’s initiative to unify under a single Electronic Medical Record, the nation’s largest single-deployment. In Tabitha’s current role, she is accountable for application delivery and implementations across Providence St Joseph’s Health, including owned and non-owned affiliations and joint ventures.   

Driven to make all aspects of healthcare better, Tabitha is a long-time HIMSS and CHiME member, and has a passion for developing high-functioning teams.

Tabitha has a degree in business administration from the University of Washington and lives in Seattle, Washington.

Prior to his current role, Paul held the role of Vice President, Health Care Management and Vice President, National Networks and Contracting at Aetna; Senior Vice President, Network and Medical Cost Management at United HealthCare; and leadership positions at Horizon Healthcare and Physicians Health Services.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Haven with a concentration in Healthcare Management. He makes his home in Connecticut with his wife and three children.

Mike McMaude has been a serial entrepreneur and growth-oriented CEO in the healthcare services sector for over 20 years.  He is currently the Founder and CEO of Abode Healthcare, a leading national provider of hospice and home health services.  Since its launch in 2012, Abode has grown significantly through disciplined investments in clinical staff, technology and compliance, combined with accretive M&A.  Prior to Abode, Mike and the Managing Partner of Grant Avenue Capital partnered together on Voyager HospiceCare, where Mike was the CEO from 2007 until its successful sale to Harden Healthcare in 2010.  Following the sale, Mike continued to serve as COO until 2012.  During his tenure as CEO of Voyager, Mike dramatically expanded the breadth of service and geographic reach of the business through both organic and inorganic growth.  Before Voyager, Mike founded AccuMed, a skilled-nursing homecare business which was sold to TLC Home Health.   

Earlier in his career, Mike was the President of the Home Health division of Amedisys (NASDAQ:  AMED) and held various positions with Columbia HCA, where his responsibilities included overseeing home health and hospice operations in the Central and Western U.S.

Mike earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hardin-Simmons University, where he is currently a member of the Board of Development.

Prior to axialHealthcare, Carter co-founded and served as President & COO of naviHealth, a Nashville-based care transitions and post-acute management business. Carter started his career in finance, working at both Jefferies Group and Health Evolution Partners.  He received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Prather is an industry insider whose passion is to change healthcare delivery to benefit the consumer. He has over twenty years of experience as a board-certified emergency medicine specialist. He also has experience managing large provider groups and has most recently served as the managing partner for an outsourced emergency and pediatric staffing group in Denver, Colorado. He has been involved in multiple medical industry start-ups including iTriage where he served as medical director.

Dr. Prather completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University. He attended medical school at UCLA where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. He went on to complete his residency training in emergency medicine at Denver Health and Hospitals where he served as Chief Resident. He obtained his MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mazi Rasulnia is the President and CEO of Pack Health: a leading patient engagement platform that provides personalized education, tools, and support for patients. An avid researcher, he has authored more than 85 publications since completing his bachelors of science in Biology at the College of William and Mary. He completed his MPH and MBA at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, where he went on to complete his PhD in health services administration and a fellowship at the Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Education (COERE). He then began his corporate career at Outcomes Inc, which provides company assessment services in the health education marketplace within the United States and globally. He launched Pack Health in 2013.

Steve Rodgers is Chief Executive Officer for AccentCare®, Inc.  He has over 30 years of healthcare experience including home care, insurance, consulting and employee benefits.  Prior to joining AccentCare, Mr. Rodgers was CEO at OptumHealth Collaborative Care, a division of UnitedHealth Group, which owns, manages, and provides administrative and technology services to healthcare delivery systems.  Earlier in his career he was a healthcare executive at General Electric Company, responsible for purchasing healthcare benefits.  Mr. Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.

Most recently, Jose was General Manager and Head of Business Process Services at Cognizant. Previously, he served as Global Managing Director of Health and Public Service and the Custom BPO Services Divisions at Accenture. He started his career at McKinsey and later went on to hold senior leadership positions at ADP. Jose earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters/Bachelors in Engineering from MIT.

Jason Rose is a thoughtful, innovative, and dedicated leader with 25 years of experience in healthcare technology. He serves as CEO of AdhereHealth, a leading healthcare technology company focused on medication adherence. Jason is a serial healthcare IT entrepreneur focused on launching disruptive products that drive digital health innovation that has qualifiable and quantifiable impact on population health. 

In his two years as CEO, Jason has led AdhereHealth’s complete rebrand and name change, shifting the company’s focus toward its SaaS technology offering to support its clients to target and engage consumers who are not adherent to their medications. Jason has also spearheaded the company’s acquisition of a private courier delivery pharmacy, AdhereRx, that provides pharmacy access for consumers with chronic conditions and/or complicated medication routines. Jason and AdhereHealth have also invested in partnerships with like-minded companies including PillPack by Amazon Pharmacy to tackle adherence and social determinants of health (SDOH) such as food security, access to transportation, and health literacy. 

Jason previously served as the Chief Strategic Development Officer and Executive Vice President at Inovalon, where he led the development, launch, and expansion of the company’s product and technology presence across the healthcare marketplace. He was also instrumental in the company’s multi-billion-dollar IPO in 2015. Jason has previously held leadership positions at companies such as Inspiris, Ardent Health Services, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Cerner. Jason earned his Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Radford University.

The Phia Group’s overall mission is to reduce the cost of health care through its recovery strategies, innovative technologies, and legal expertise.

Attorney Russo is also the founder and managing partner of The Law Offices of Russo & Minchoff, a full-service law firm with offices in Boston and Canton, MA. Attorney Russo’s practice is devoted to representing employers, plan fiduciaries, third-party administrators and carriers in employee benefit matters throughout the United States.  He is a frequent speaker and author on employee benefit topics at webinars, conferences and seminars across the country.

Attorney Russo obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Frank Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He also acquired an undergraduate degree from Suffolk University, where he double majored in Political Science and Public Relations. He was recognized by Suffolk University with the 2005 Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award.  

Adam and his wife Kelly have four wonderful children - Soli, Maeve, Shae and Samuel.  In addition to spending time with his family, Adam enjoys watching his beloved Cleveland Indians baseball team.

Hoda Sayed-Friel charts MEDITECH's strategic direction overseeing the evolution of MEDITECH’s Electronic
Health Record to create innovative products which provide value and optimize the customer experience. Ms.
Sayed-Friel is also responsible for MEDITECH Professional Services, leveraging her customer service and
implementation experience to deploy and provide services to assist and advise customers on how to address
the complex challenges of an evolving healthcare system.

With her clinical degree and experience, Ms. Sayed-Friel recognizes the importance of including the healthcare
provider’s perspective in systems design and she has influenced the development and adoption of advanced
clinical systems. She has been actively involved in discussions with healthcare providers and consumers to
promote care coordination, interoperability and population health as well as highlighting the importance of
using information systems to promote wellness and improve outcomes.

Ms. Sayed-Friel is a leading advocate for the use of IT to improve the safety, quality, and innovation in
healthcare. She has spearheaded both national and local efforts to promote the widespread adoption of EHRs,
consulting with national leaders on issues ranging from standards development to successful adoption
strategies and serving on various workgroups for Genomics & EHR integration, App developers, and bipartisan
committees that guide the government in EHR regulations.

Ms. Sayed-Friel earned a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University and before coming to MEDITECH,
worked at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA. She has been with MEDITECH for over 34 years and is
widely respected for her creativity and expertise in interoperable healthcare delivery systems.

Anne Tumlinson leads the nation in setting the direction of aging and disability policy. She founded ATI Advisory, a DC-based research and advisory services firm that works to reform health and long-term care delivery and financing for the nation’s frail and vulnerable older adults. Anne also founded and runs Daughterhood, an online and in-person community that connects family caregivers with each other for support and information. 

Anne shares her research and expertise with a wide array of policy and business leaders. She has testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee and the Senate Aging Committee and has appeared before the Congressional Long-Term Care Commission and the Bipartisan Policy Center. Anne advises payer, provider, and financial leaders on strategic development and growth opportunities. She writes regularly about innovation in healthcare and aging, contributing to Health Affairs, Huffington Post, McKnight’s Long-Term Care News, and Aging Media Network. 

Anne serves on the Aetna Medicaid Advisory Panel and the Caregiver Action Network Board of Directors and is a member of the National Academy of Social Insurance. In 2018, Anne was named an Influencer in Aging by Next Avenue. 

Anne spent her early career working in government, first as a healthcare advisor to Congressman John Lewis (D-GA) and then as the lead for Medicaid program oversight at the Office of Management and Budget. She joined Avalere Health in 2000, leading the firm’s provider practice and developing business intelligence products for 14 years.

Prior to Teladoc Health, he held senior roles at Aetna, Sandbox Industries, and Bank of America. Mr. Turitz has advised on M&A transactions for Fortune 500 companies and led investments in and served on the board of directors for venture-backed companies. He is also an entrepreneur who has launched and joined numerous early-stage businesses.
Mr. Turitz holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kristian (Krist) Werling represents private equity and strategic investors in a wide variety of transactional matters in the healthcare and life sciences industry. Rob joined H.I.G. in 2005. Prior to running the H.I.G. Advantage Fund, Rob spent 10 years as a Managing Director leading transactions in both the Advantage Fund as well as in H.I.G.’s Lower Middle Market Buyout Fund. Rob has worked with companies in a variety of industries with a focus on healthcare, business services, and technology. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, Rob currently serves on the Board of several H.I.G. portfolio companies.

Rob brings over twenty years of investment and operating experience across many industries. Prior to H.I.G., Rob was an executive at IPWireless ("IPW"), a wireless infrastructure provider. Rob began his career as a consultant with LEK Consulting, a leading worldwide strategy consulting firm where he worked with Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and private equity portfolio companies.
