As CEO of MOBE, Chris Cronin is driven by a mission to deliver innovative care solutions to people struggling to overcome obstacles related to their health and happiness -- whether through device innovations or virtual care solutions that bridge the gap for patients with ongoing health concerns.

Prior to joining MOBE, Chris spent nearly 12 years at Medtronic in leadership positions for the Cardiac and Restorative Therapies Group. At Medtronic, Chris led commercialization of the world’s first MR-Conditional Pacemaker. 

Chris earned his MBA from The University of Notre Dame and a BS in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Gina has nearly ten years of product management experience in the healthcare technology space with roles including Director of Product Management for Haven, VP of Product at Kyruus and product management roles at Verily Life Sciences and Castlight.

Gina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Technology and Policy, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mark Redlus is the Chief Executive Officer of Tridiuum, a digital behavioral health ecosystem company, supporting and facilitating health plan and system partners, providers, digital therapies, and patients in accelerating connectivity to care and energizing patient outcomes. Mark first came to Tridiuum in 2014 as senior vice president of Innovation focused on commercializing nearly two decades of scientific research into the products Tridiuum offers today.  He elevated to CEO in 2017 and the company rapidly grew from a measurement based care point solution into a comprehensive behavioral health ecosystem, positioned to support more than 30 million health plan members and patients throughout their behavioral healthcare journey.  Mark is a visionary leader, having served as chief executive or an executive team member in multiple companies ranging from small institutionally venture-backed start-ups to midsized enterprises across a variety of industries, including software, technology, healthcare, environmental, cleantech and energy. Mark co-hosts a podcast, Update Available, with his daughter, Katherine, regularly speaks on healthcare transformation, and serves as an executive mentor to several newly minted CEOs / Entrepreneurs in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Matthew has spent nearly two decades in healthcare, with a focus on designing and executing business strategy, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives. He has collaborated with a broad range of healthcare clients spanning national and regional insurers, small health plans, special needs plans, government plans, and health systems and hospitals.

Before joining Trella Health, Matt led the Health Plan Solutions Group within the Strategy and Performance Improvement Practice at Grant Thornton, LLP. Prior to that he was a senior manager in the healthcare practice of Accenture. Matthew committed to a career in healthcare years ago when he obtained a master’s of public health in healthcare management after receiving a bachelor’s in chemistry, both from Emory University.
