As such, our Giving Back initiatives harness the extensive involvement and commitment of TripleTree employees who are volunteering their time, talent, and expertise to many nonprofit organizations.
This is a commitment shared by our founders, Kevin Green and Dave Henderson, who today and at various points in their careers have been actively involved in contributing to their communities through positive engagement with several nonprofits.
As part of our commitment to the community TripleTree is proud to collaborate with the United Way and participate in their annual giving campaign. In 2015, nearly 70% of our employees participated in the campaign and pledged financial support to various non-profit organizations. TripleTree continues to believe that when families are more stable and people have good health, the benefits ripple across the community.
In 2015, TripleTree lost a good friend and colleague in Chris Hoffmann. As a tribute to his dynamic leadership and positive impact to the firm, TripleTree employees remembered Chris by walking in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LSS) annual “Light the Night” walk at the Mall of America, raising more than $10,000 to benefit LSS and their funding of research to find blood cancer cures.
