TripleTree’s client VigilantMinds, a provider of managed security solutions and professional security consulting, was acquired by Solutionary, a leading provider of security services. With TripleTree at the helm of this strategic move, the merged companies will serve 300 MSS customers with 9,000 managed/monitored devices under contract. The companies plan a rapid and seamless integration to be completed over the next several months.

Steve Idelman, Solutionary's president and CEO is excited about the future for the integrated organizations. VigilantMinds CEO John Foley will become Solutionary's president.
