Matt joined TripleTree in 2005 and focuses on merger and acquisition as well as private placement engagements in the Technology sector, working closely with the Enterprise Software team. Previously, Matt was a member of TripleTree's Wireless Health team and focused on venture capital backed transactions. He helped organized the Wireless-Life Sciences Summit, an event TripleTree co-sponsors with Qualcomm in an effort to promote dialogue around the convergence of wireless technologies and healthcare.

Matt graduated from Bates College with a B.A. in Economics.
