Cate is active in the development of TripleTree's marketing
initiatives. She brings a strong marketing and public relations portfolio to the TripleTree team with extensive marketing experience in the start-up of high technology companies through federal funding, procurement and technology transfer programs. Cate has worked with hundreds of companies in the areas of information technology, healthcare, electronics, optics, and environmental sciences. Complementing her work with start-up firms, Cate also has experience promoting international business partnerships with Minnesota companies through the World Trade Center Association under the Minnesota Trade Office. Prior to joining TripleTree, Cate worked on a major international food account at a Minneapolis advertising agency.

Cate has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota , School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
