TripleTree successfully negotiated the strategic sale of TISCOR to Brady Corporation (NYSE: BRC), a global identification, safety, graphic systems and specialty materials manufacturer that brought to Brady complementary product offerings, global reach and strong customer relationships. The strategic acquisition provides TISCOR with a global infrastructure and an opportunity to accelerate its expansion and market presence by integrating TISCOR’s mobile software solutions with Brady's products and technologies. Brady’s acquisition of TISCOR provides a strong platform for growth in the wireless / mobile space as well as an immediate opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell Brady’s products and technologies. Through a highly customized approach, despite a difficult IT and wireless environment, TripleTree helped to generate interest among various strategic partners. Brady ultimately emerged as the best partner given the Company’s strong presence in all of TISCOR’s sectors and its plans to expand upon the Company’s platform.
