  • Addus HomeCare Corporation [NASDAQ:ADU], a Frisco, TX-based provider of home care services, announced a definitive agreement to acquire the personal care operations of Gentiva for an anticipated purchase price, after customary purchase price adjustments, of approximately $350M. Read more about the acquisition here.

  • NeuroFlow, a Philadelphia, PA-based provider of behavioral health technology infrastructure, has acquired Owl, a Portland, OR-based care technology company.   • ONO Pharmaceutical [TYO: 4528] has completed its $2.4B acquisition of Deciphera Pharmaceuticals [NASDAQ: DCPH], a Massachusetts-based drug discovery and development company. Read more about the acquisition here.
  • RedSail Technologies, a provider of pharmacy technology and solutions, announced a strategic growth investment from Leonard Green & Partners (LGP).
