  • Accent Therapeutics, a Lexington, MA-based biopharmaceutical company, has raised $75M in Series C financing, led by Mirae Asset Capital Life Science. Read more about the financing here.
 
  • Amplifon [AMP:IM], a provider of hearing solutions and services, has acquired the business of a major Miracle-Ear franchise in the US, owned by Hearing Pro, Las Davis Enterprises and Miracle-Ear Centers of Arkansas, which operates around 50 points of sale in Arkansas, Kansas, Illinois, and Missouri.   • Ansys [NASDAQ: ANSS], a Canonsburg, PA-based simulation software company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Humanetics, a Farmington Hills, MI-based provider of physical and digital human safety systems and sensor technologies.   • BrightSpring Health Services, backed by KKR [NYSE:KKR], announced the pricing of an initial public offering of 53.3 million shares of its common stock at $13 per share and a concurrent offering of 8 million units with a stated amount of USD 50.00 per unit.   • Distribution Solutions Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:DSGR), a specialty distribution company, today announced that its operating company, Lawson Products, completed the acquisition of Safety Supply Illinois LLC, DBA Emergent Safety Supply, a national distributor of safety products based in Batavia, IL.   • NAYA Biosciences, a Florida-based life science company focused on oncology, regenerative medicine, and fertility, has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire Florida Biotechnologies, a gene therapy company specializing in the treatment of mitochondrial diseases, for up to $25M.
